- We contact you to find out what merchandise you need for your business based on trends, fashion and type of product.
- Once we know what you are looking for, we will send you photos of the products that we know are available with our suppliers and we will inform you of the prices and detailed composition.
- You will select the products that interest you among styles, colors and quantity of garments.
- We make a prior quote that may vary depending on the quantity discounts that the supplier grants us, and we will ask you to make a transfer to our company so that once received, we can acquire what you request.
- We immediately acquire what you request to avoid setbacks such as price increases, or lack of styles due to no longer having availability.
- We make a final sales invoice with the items purchased and based on quantity we will apply our commission to your purchase that varies between 3% and 10%, in it we will detail your payment and inform you of your balance so that if necessary you can make a supplement to your payment or we will inform you if you have a balance in favor for future purchases.
- Your merchandise will be sent to a logistics expert who, based on your location, will select the most appropriate delivery method and will make the corresponding tariff arrangements to take your product to the door of your business, they will inform you prior to delivery the amount of what you will have to pay when you receive your product for tariffs and shipping, since this always depends on many factors such as the composition of the garment, applicable taxes, volume, weight, etc.
- Once we are informed by the logistics company that the merchandise is in your city, we will call you to coordinate the delivery, since our company promises that you will always receive the total of the purchased garments, otherwise, we will apply a credit in your favor for future purchases in case of any shortage.
- It should be noted that at all times you are consulted about costs, materials and appearance of the garment, so if the product you receive is not to your liking, we do not make any refunds. Which makes all of our sales final. Only in case of factory defects, if we carry out the management with the supplier so that he generates a credit note for the defective merchandise, but this does not include customs and shipping expenses. But do not worry, so that this does not happen, we constantly visit our suppliers to guarantee that their articles are of high quality.

Any goods received at authorized offices and/or agencies will be inspected before the start of their transport. In case of breaching our permitted product policy, we will notify you immediately so that, if applicable, you process the immediate return of the item in question, if this is not possible it will be destroyed without liability for our company or for the transport company that we have chosen for you.
